The Regional Manager Finance plays a key role in driving region performance, controlling costs, and working closely with the Division Finance Leader and Regional Vice Presidents in order to achieve business goals and create shareholder value.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003ERegional Financial Leadership: Provide perspective on divisional / regional strategic initiatives / special projects; identify performance opportunities across regions\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAd hoc Analytics / Initiatives: Conduct root cause analytics on under performance (sales and expenses); drive executive reporting and analytics, market analysis, and sales trends with a focus on deaveraging\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EFinancial Management: Day to day \u0026ldquo;blocking and tackling\u0026rdquo; including questions from field partners and divisional team members; oversight for P\u0026L performance, divisional/regional capital and G\u0026A management\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EFinancial Business Reviews: Development and reporting out on reoccurring business reviews for each supported region; review sales and expenses on a regular basis with an expectation that actions / solutions are created to drive profitability\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPlanning / Forecasting: Build store level sales, payroll, markdown, margin, inventory and expense plan; forecast sales and transactions for respective regions\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ETraining / Development: Ensure professional development by seeking new out relevant training\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E NATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Typically reports to a Director level \u003Cbr /\u003E This position has no direct reports.\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EEnvironment: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Located in a comfortable indoor area.
