RECRUITMENT MARKETING MANAGER PEPSICO BEVERAGES NORTH AMERICA

Reporting to Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition with a matrixed line to Global Attraction & Engagement COE Director, the Recruitment Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

You will develop, execute, and optimize the recruitment marketing strategy for PBNA Divisions & Sector Functions. Through research and analysis, you will design and deliver clear and compelling attraction & hiring strategies that are connected to prioritized business objectives with a clear approach to activation, optimization, measurement & ROI.

Develop & Execute - Optimize the recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy:

  • In partnership with PBNA Talent Acquisition Leads and Strategic Sourcing, build tailored, effective integrated marketing plans for key local markets & critical talent cohorts
  • In alignment with our Racial and Gender Equality Journey, partner with PBNA Talent Acquisition, Communications and Diversity & Engagement to deliver PepsiCos EVP messaging in a transparent & innovative fashion that evokes an emotional connection with the talent we seek to hire and retain.
  • Acting as the PBNA Talent Community Engagement Strategy Lead, create and calendarize our PBNA employer branding initiatives developing impactful social media employer branding campaigns utilizing Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Search Engine Optimization as well as tailored email outreach communication to engaged talent communities
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team on digital, social, video, events, and traditional media initiatives to ensure employer brand marketing materials are engaging, relevant and facilitate attracting high quality talent with a keen focus on measurement & ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on the review and development of compelling and relevant content for internal & external audiences that upholds PepsiCo culture, EVP, and values.
Market Research and Analysis - Conduct strategic research & talent market research to develop data-driven candidate attraction strategies:
  • Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate the employer brand by reviewing competitors, understanding industry best practices and nurturing partnerships, both internal and external
  • Create candidate personas and identify best fit attraction and engagement levers to build top of funnel demand of underrepresented and/or critical functional needs
  • Work collaboratively with PBNA Talent Acquisition partners to utilize market research, competitive analysis and hire data cultivate substantial competitive market intelligence knowledgebase of desired companies, geographies & communities.
  • Use data and insights to rigorously assess channel/media effectiveness and prioritize based on business requirements
  • Evaluate and launch new & emerging recruitment channels, tools, and marketing outreach strategies

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience delivering substantial results in employer branding/recruitment marketing
  • 5+ years of experience building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • 4+ years developing and publishing content with an emphasis on talent
  • Bachelors degree in relevant discipline(s)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to market research and campaign performance
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and keep up with a high volume of demand
  • Creativity with talent for developing meaningful employment messaging content to push out to talent communities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Professional approach to develop all recruitment marketing content, external and internal presentations, other documentation for review approval, and publishing
  • Deep expertise across social media platforms and digital tools
  • Ability to build and manage recruitment content marketing methodology and related digital attraction technologies
  • Successfully proven project and stakeholder management
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
