The person that fills this role will provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition Consultants and TA Leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment and is comfortable working independently.

Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team (high volume interview scheduling, cold calls, email campaigns, etc.)
  • Coordinate phone screens for TA Consultants
  • Drive background investigation process- monitor, troubleshoot, assist new hires with questions
  • Research venues for career events; logistics, cost, materials, candidate follow up
  • Coordinate recruiting events- Career Fairs, Open houses, Virtual Career Fairs
  • ATS maintenance and support- updating requisitions, running compliance checks, initiating background checks, posting positions, ensuring data integrity
  • Maintain presence on social networks, including strategic/recruiting activities and promotions utilizing digital media
  • Compile and distribute meeting notes, reports, administrative updates to team
  • Generate welcome letter for new hires

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or a High School Diploma with experience working as a recruiting coordinator.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills`
  • Creative, independent thinker with excellent analytical and collaborative skills
  • Experience communicating on various social platforms (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency and business acumen
  • Solid track record of collaboration, accountability and proactively anticipating the needs of the team and the business
