Auto req ID: 239146BR Job Description Come and be a part of the Solution Services team within the Process & System Solutions (PSS), R&D Data & Digital Solutions (D&DS)/Technical Insights, Digital Solutions & Compliance (TDC) team. This role will be responsible for working with our R&D and IT partners to turn business ideas into technical solutions that enable us to securely Capture, Link, Access, and Analyze data to accelerate profitable consumer-centric growth and ensure compliance. Main work responsibilities will be focused on R&D System Programs (consisting of multiple IT Tools and Applications to support R&D) and associated CRs (change requests) and R&D IT AOP Projects. This role is eligible to be based in Purchase, Plano, or Barrington locations. Accountabilities: Responsible for building strong business partnerships with our R&D community by leading formal quarterly connects with our R&D business process owners and their teams to review project status, Work Intake Requests and gain input into for AOP Actively lead team (IT, PSS, Consultants, Functional SMEs) through project lifecycle (Agile or Waterfall) for R&D IT AOP projects Act as a liaison with IT and R&D Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify and clarify scope Ensure Business and IT needs are clearly understood and actioned to successfully deliver projects in a timely manner Capture complete and accurate business requirements Lead all UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities Partner with R&D to identify resource needs to complete project Manage and track the progress of work plan items against the IT release schedule Manage and track budget, updating the forecast each period Manage consultants (SOWs, POs, Invoices, idM Access) Act as an owner and facilitate unlocks within applications to minimize customizations and ensure change requests are required and will derive business value Ensure adherence to PepsiCo IT Security Standards (e.g., data classification, idM, security scans) for all projects Lead miscellaneous projects (e.g., SLAM teams, Operational Efficiencies, Work Intake Process, Application Master Updates) at the direction of their Director#LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors Degree or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred Minimum 8 years experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry, or IT Project Management 4+ years in R&D management with global experience preferred Experience driving the implementation of IT system to successful completion by managing dependencies, and skillfully negotiating milestones along the critical path Comfort learning new tools and technology concepts quickly Outstanding leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills that would enable effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to tailor message based on recipients for clear and concise messaging Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple project initiatives to meet business objectives Strong ability to effectively manage in matrixed organizational structure and provide strong leadership to diverse teams & stakeholders at all levels Ability to provide thought leadership on both strategic and technical aspects Capable of leading a team of full-time employees and contractors Ability to provide career development to junior team members and direct reports#LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
