A qualified professional, who assists with coordination of Accreditation Readiness activities through the health system. Participates in planning and conducting mock and full surveys for all care settings. Participates in action planning and compliance monitoring to correct identified deficiencies. Provides informational/educational presentations to promote compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates activities associated with Policy Management.

Job Requirements


Bachelor of Science degree in health-related field required or complete BS degree within 18 months of hire.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel Skills preferred
Experience leading projects preferred

Ability to read and write in English
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, support agencies, vendors and others
Ability to remain calm under stress
Ability to respond to pages, telephones, and other auditory stimulation
Ability to evaluate and interpret information and make independent decisions
Bending, lifting (10-20 pounds), grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling
Ability to understand and interpret basic statistical and clinical reports
Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time
