Primary Responsibilities:

  • Test moderately complex healthcare/claim applications to meet the business needs of their end-clients.
  • ""
  • Working with clients/users/team to investigate operational requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in information systems, data management, or processes/procedures using appropriate techniques, tools and methods.
  • ""
  • Applies available testing standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way, and produces a consistently high standard of application test use cases and scripts.
  • ""
  • Arranges, prepares and conducts testing and UAT meetings, workshops and presentations as required for a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating consistently high qualities of communication skills and plans and organizes the giving of presentations or training sessions to all levels including senior management.
  • ""
  • Adherence to established best practices for systems application quality assurance, release and deployment, monitoring, security, disaster recovery, and backups.
  • ""
  • Assume primary responsibility for problem solving, support and maintenance of multiple Tier 1 incidents and projects.
  • ""
  • Participate in the testing of disaster recovery processes.
  • ""
  • Expected to follow strict change control management policies designed to ensure that proper planning, execution, and meticulous documentation for projects of all systems supported.
  • ""
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding projects, activities, and status of open requests and problems.
  • ""
  • Performs other duties and special projects as required or assigned by management.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • ""
  • 1+ years of experiencein SQL queries, ETL data validation, business process testing from UI, Data conversion, and Data fixing techniques.

  • MYSQL DB

  • Processing raw files through JAVA
  • ""
  • Coordinating and demoing new features and enhancements
  • ""
  • Testing and understanding business process and UI components

  • Background in Subrogation and claims data

  • Experience working in scrum, Rally and agile methodology.
  • ""
  • Knowledge on Test Automation frameworks and automation scripts
  • ""
  • Hands on Test Execution and test data preparation
