Auto req ID: 237301BR Job Description PepsiCo, a leader in the food and beverage industry, has an opening for a role on the PFNA Quality Assurance Team. This role is required to support PFNA Quality Systems agenda thru providing data measurement, analysis of data to provide the business with actionable insights, identify smart compliance opportunities leveraging a risk-based approach, and find ways to digitize and automate our data collection systems. The role will support Quick Cycle Initiatives and be a key quality contributor to the HIVE Business unit. The role represents multiple functions with an end-to-end lens and is instrumental in ensuring quality standards are leveraged across the respective workstreams. Self-starter, have a high capacity for managing multiple work streams at the same time Strong analytical and fact-based problem-solving skills Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills Keen interest in learning about the business Strong presence and maturity to influence leadership and throughout all levels of the organization This person will be an agent for change and process reviews. They must be able to challenge the status quo and articulate ideas through all levels of the organization. They must be able to develop effective working relationships and gain resource support to enable the group's initiatives. The position is located in Plano HQ, Plano, TX Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy quality monitoring systems to harmonize foods towards global metrics and ongoing utilization of metrics to measure compliance against Foods standards Successfully deploy existing quality tools to enable business speed and agility Manage multiple project workstreams and support new product initiatives in a highly complex strategic role in which there may be a little precedent Maintain strategic quality programs across PFNA to improve processes and reduce potential risks while providing recommendations with supporting documentation Participate as an active member of cross-functional business development teams to provide data insights for business continuity Ability to clearly communicate and win the support of ideas and plans to all levels of the organization, both written and verbally Write clear and concise proposals for new systems or procedures Ability to travel to field locations (10% - 15%)#LI-USA Qualifications/Requirements B.S. (advanced degree preferred) 5+ years of food manufacturing experience (e.g. Baking, frying, extrusion and retorting) Leadership capability: cross-functional leadership and collaboration to solve problems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change.
