Provides educational training to support the development and growth of the Proximity Call Center.

Develops and delivers training programs in support of very complex products and procedures and/or for a major area or large customer. Establishes and/or reviews course content and objectives. Leads work of customer service employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs
