What You'll Do

Operations Project Specialist accountable for the development and implementation of the semiconductor and optics component supply chains.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Project/Program leadership co-lead a team of cross functional business and IT subject matter experts to develop and execute a multi-year capability roadmap
  • Partner engagement Provide project support by developing and implementing change management and communications strategies across several teams
  • Business and Systems Architecture engagement support the business and IT architects across operations, supply chain, finance, sales, compensation and engineering
  • Operational Execution - Provide support across several operations teams, driving alignment in process and systems that demonstrate common requirements, while leaving leave room for the uniqueness of each product category.

Who You'll Work With

The Operations Project Specialist is an integral part of the cross functional program team that will develop the strategy, business process and systems requirements to stand up a scalable supply chain model. This team will partner with Acquisition Integration and the business leadership in engineering, finance and sales to develop this model. This team will then lead the end to end operation.

Who You Are

  • Experience working in large cross functional programs
  • Operations experience
  • Change management and communication experience
  • Solid understanding of program and project management, and how to partner with IT on the development of new capabilities
  • Ambitious, creative, self-starter

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven effectiveness in operations project management roles (2-3 years)
  • Technical/engineering/operational background and experience leading cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with new product introduction and product lifecycle management processes (prototype development, validation, release and EOS/EOL)
  • Understanding of end to end system architectures (Order Management, Sourcing, Procure to Pay, etc)
  • Effective in influencing and using effective collaborative relationships for success
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence, interact, and present at multiple levels in the organization
  • You are results oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
