The Customer Success organization sits at the center of the company transformation. We are looking for a strong Project Manager to thread together the end-to-end critical path for the CX Security Customer Success Programs team. This role is a connector within the team on how the activities that each leader is driving connect into the bigger picture, and how that picture interlinks across customer success and the teams we partner closely with: Workforce Experience, CX Engineering, Sales, Cisco Engineering, Enablement.

 

Responsibilities

      Put the plan together:meet with cross functional stakeholders to ensure a clear roadmap is defined and identify which pieces dont fit or are missing, identify a clear framework and process that is understandable to all.

      Manage the roadmap: proactively communicate with key stakeholders and project leaders with updates on what is moving, what is stuck, risks to execution, and next milestones. Develop an at-any-time approach to providing visibility to the roadmap through project management tools and methodologies.

      Drive accountability: ensure that action items are completed on time by driving efficient and effective decision with outcome owners on the project team

      Look ahead: keep a pulse on what milestones need leadership attention today, or will need leadership attention in the future. Identify when our project management approach needs to evolve.

      Understand the vision: deeply understand what the business outcome is that you are managing towards so that your stakeholders view you as the orchestrator of a meaningful goal vs. task oriented alone.

      Communicate often :provide status updates, decisions made, decisions needed, date changes, outcomes achieved, and scope changes to relevant PMO stakeholder forums within Customer Success & to external stakeholder groups.

      Effective Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate challenges and present holistic, thoughtful solutions at the necessary depth across both cross-functional teams and senior leadership

 

Skillset

      7 to 10 years of relevant experience

      Comfortable with ambiguity & changing business priorities

      Ability to work under tight deadlines

      Nice to have project management credentials include PMP or PgMP

      Established track record for delivering large cross functional projects on time

      Ability to drive change management and guide colleagues with confidence and empathy through a fast-paced changing environment

      Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
