What You'll Do 

Standardize and optimize the design of the digital sales process for virtual sales teams. You will be responsible for advising on sales best practices to drive governance in global virtual sales and engineering.

You will apply knowledge and understanding of all interdependencies between the business processes of multiple sales roles; provide leadership for planning, defining, and implementing business processes as noted in primary responsibilities; generate recommendations for business process improvement based on data analysis; and facilitate initiatives and related sub-projects.

  • Responsible for understanding sales processes and routes to market including end to end demand to revenue.
  • Responsible for process management ensuring global consistency with regional effectiveness and scalability.
  • Influence through applied knowledge by making well-informed and timely decisions based on functional expertise, regional knowledge, and industry trends.
  • Develop relationships with multi-functional partners
  • Build business partnerships by developing strong relationships with both internal and external partners, formally and informally through collaboration and communication.
  • Plan and coordinate activity definition and sequencing, project schedules/milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop risk response plans.
  • Identify and initiate proactive and corrective action.
  • Assist with the creation of documentation to educate and enable stakeholder teams.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end virtual sales process and supporting digital sales acceleration platforms.

Who You'll Work With

You will have direct contact with technical teams and mid to senior level management. It also requires cross geographic collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

 

Who You Are

This role requires the ability to multitask, work with multi-functional teams, manage highly visible business critical projects, and deliver timely status reports including issues, risks and recommended mitigation. In addition to having relevant business process and educational background, the ideal candidate will be highly organized, flexible, and can work independently to determine paths toward meeting stated goals.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience.
  • Experience ideally includes sales process improvements and sales operations/enablement management.
  • Solid understanding of end to end virtual sales process and supporting digital platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of SFDC and experience with software integrations.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems with moderate complexity.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel skills
  • Strong, proven track record of process improvement and complex systems implementation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Conflict resolution, problem solving, decision making and deadline oriented.
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience with data modeling to support account/customer insights and intel
  • Self-motivated, creative, and innovative with the ability to work in the abstract
  • The candidate should possess leadership skills to foster collaboration with business and IT project teams
