What You'll Do

Product Operations is hiring a Program Manager who will focus on Offer Lifecycle Enablement for our OLE-CX team in San Jose, CA.

In this role, you'll join our Offer Lifecycle Enablement CX team that is responsible for delivery of Cisco's services and solutions. You will represent OLE-CX as the Operations point-of-contact for the CX Product Management and CX Release Management teams.

You will also represent Operations partners, lead offer enablement by ensuring execution of all required Ops tasks from kickoff to launch to post-launch support. Examples of Ops tasks include:

  • Perform deep dive analysis in collaboration with key operational partners to recommend solutions in support of program requirements.
  • Document assessments, workflows and process as part of the operational analysis
  • Present high level and detailed operational plan to executives and cross-functional partners during key offer enablement tollgates

Who You'll Work With

You will closely partner with cross business unit product management, CX organizations, new product development organizations and will work on enabling Cisco's legacy service offerings and new CX portfolio offers across enterprise switching, routing, wireless, data center, IoT businesses. You will also be working with various transformation leads to identify and prioritize new capabilities to scale and optimize existing and new offers.

Minimum requirements -

  • You have familiarity of Cisco's services and solutions offer constructs, service configuration, service quoting and ordering process, service entitlement and support, contracts and service offer lifecycle.
  • You have familiarity of Cisco's Service NPI governance model: Cisco Services Development Methodology (CSDM)
  • You have the ability to clearly communicate with both business and technical partners.
  • Expert level Program Management skills.
  • You're familiar with agile processes and are comfortable in an agile environment.
  • 5+ years business analysts/project management experience
  • Strong partnering, influencing & communication skills on all levels (i.e. peer-to-peer, management and executive levels)
  • Ambitious, ability to work and think independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to audiences of all levels
  • You have a BS/BA in Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • PMP preferred
