Your role will be to lead a group of operations professionals and cross-functional partners, to collectively build end to end operational solutions for Cisco offers. These solutions will enable new Cisco offers, which can range from New Service offers, New Subscription Offers, or new Buying models. You will need to plan a complete scalable solution consisting of processes, systems, tools and policies.

What You'll Do

  • You'll partner with Product Management in development of new initiatives/offers.
  • Drive new initiatives through the NPI governance process and ensure the operations requirements are met at each NPI review gate.
  • You will lead cross-functional Operations team to assess, analyze, and build business and operational requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive operations plan/solution to enable the new offer for commerce: quote, order, entitle, invoice, deliver and renew from an end-to-end perspective.
  • You'll drive project results to ensure projects are completed on time while providing direction and leading program resources in the development and implementation of the operational solution.
  • You will help drive continuous improvement into the overall NPI process and the team through lessons learned
  • You will ensure that the business goals and the operational solution are aligned to the same outcome.

The Offer Lifecycle Enablement team is within the Product Operations Group. Our overall team charter is to build and deliver new offers and capabilities that help our field sell, make it easier to do business with Cisco and connect Operations to partners to anticipate future needs.

Who You Are

You have a deep understanding of industry business processes related to service and product lifecycle, sales, order fulfillment/provisioning, billing, delivery and renewal. You thrive in sophisticated and ambiguous environments, and you can break things down to manageable work efforts. You can tell stories visually (typically PowerPoint) to help cross functional partners to understand the operational solution and customer experience. You are able to establish relationships with cross functional partners based on your expertise, building trust, and sharing success. You have experience leading the implementation of large cross-functional projects.

Minimum requirements for this role

  • Bachelors degree, plus a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, to simplify the complex.
  • Critical thinking skills: business analysis, analytics, and quantitative techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge on the order-to-cash process, monetization models, and offer lifecycle events.
  • Deep experience developing workflows, tools requirements definition, and change adoption techniques.

Desired Skills

  • PMP or related certification highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding / experience with Cisco CX, or experience in the Technology Services Industry preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Ciscos commercial monetization models.
  • Internal Candidates: Strong knowledge with core commerce tools, e.g. CCW and CCWR
  • Works independently with minimal direct
