Sodexo is seeking a Project Manager - Facilities Planner for a World-Class Bio Pharma Manufacturer, Pfizer located in Andover, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Plans and schedules maintenance activities in the plant concerning the following:

  • Scheduling/monitoring of PM's and WO's, plans and assembles schedules for maintenance weekend overtime;
  • Organizing/planning shutdown activities;
  • Requisitioning of parts and supplies from vendors;
  • Interfacing with Purchasing on all stockroom additions and deletions;
  • Assisting in creating and sustaining an Autonomous Maintenance program and a Visual Maintenance Department;
  • Incorporate waste free activities into preventative maintenance functions;
  • Understands and executes the maintenance Maximo System;
  • Interfacing with engineering with all equipment installations and contractor scheduling;
  • Actively engages in predictive maintenance monitoring.


Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems or other relevant area is preferred.
  • Seniority in the trades of Millwright, Electrician or HVAC mechanic with experience planning and scheduling work.
  • Equivalent on-the-job experience with a CMMS and Primavera or other maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) systems.
  • Accuracy and proficiency in the use of computer and software programs for analysis, problem solving, and performance of the duties described is required.

Position Summary

Coordinates the implementation of a defined, short-term project or sub-set of projects (less than one year) within set organizational procedures and standards. Responsible for meeting sub-set objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks. This is an entry-level position. Typically requires knowledge and experience of the technical area being managed and an awareness of the business issues.
