Auto req ID: 236326BR Job Description The primary location for this position is Purchase, NY. However, candidates in Plano. TX and Chicago, IL will be considered. The Project Manager, Data Partnerships will be the primary interface between the Global Data Partnerships team and internal stakeholders and vendors. A critical piece of developing data-driven products, the Project Manager will be focused on bringing consistency and structure to our data sourcing, testing, licensing, and ingestion pathways as it aligns with business use cases. As a Project Manager, Data Partnerships, you will work in tandem with the regional Global Data Partnership leads to develop and streamline the strategy for data vendor scouting, sourcing, testing, pricing, and onboarding in your geographic sector. You will be the internal project shepherd, helping connect the dots among all the internal stakeholders including Legal, Procurement, Product, and other BU/functional areas as it pertains to the licensing, ingestion, and productization of regional data sources. The ideal candidate will combine skills and experience in running complex projects as well as have the ability to help translate and distill complicated ideas into cogent analyses to execute this role successfully. Key Accountabilities: Accountable for the Internal Shepherding of Strategic Data Projects Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Legal, IT, Procurement, etc.) to bring consistency and structure to how the Global Data Partnerships team licenses, ingests and productizes regional data sources Support designing and executing a Data Partnership Program for data that supports business use cases and requested by the Data and Analytics team Partner with the Data Product Marketing Team and Customer Success Team to ensure proper positioning of our data offerings in the workplace (e.g. cross-functional collaboration) Collaborate with tech and product teams to inform product strategy, design and roadmap to ensure an optimal fit with customer needs Contribute to the construction of business model frameworks for all data-related partnerships Partner with Customer Success to onboard new partners supporting various enablement activitiesAccountable for the Partnership Research & Opportunities Working with the regional leads, utilize an intimate understanding of the data marketplace to provide thought leadership and identify partnership opportunities across a wide range of data assets Help manage the identification, communication, and evaluation of potential data partners with key business and technical stakeholders Help identify and evaluate new business partnerships Support building holistic compelling business cases, think strategically and act on ideas, and effectively present these ideas to the leadership team Support running meetings on discussing agreements and execute partnership plans Provide ad hoc research and organizational support to a wide-ranging of team initiatives Qualifications/Requirements Must have familiarity with adtech/martech environments Minimum 5 years project management experience, ideally working with complex datasets Minimum 5 years experience of matching business use case and complex stakeholder involvement with project capabilities and constraints Minimum 5 years experience in CPG goods industry or related Bachelors Degree, Masters a plusExperience: Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally across Product, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc Demonstrated analytics skills and use of multiple software tools Work effectively in a team environment and develop creative alternativesSkills, Abilities, Knowledge Negotiations, both hard and soft skills Strategic Contract/Account/Vendor Management Robust data knowledge preferably around Product, Customer, Partner, Public, IOT, Mobile, and Digital data sets Proven ability to drive results and to lead and implement complex, technical, multi-organizational projects at the senior leadership level Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally across Product, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc. to support complex business use cases with complex regional data assets Robust data knowledge preferably around PepsiCo data and Product, Customer, Partner, Public, IOT, and Digital data sets Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
