The Data and Analytics PMO team has an opening for a Project Leader to develop and implement initiatives in support of the Information and Data Management program and related portfolio, which is responsible for evolving the firm's data and analytic capabilities and enabling solutions that benefit our clients and firm.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Ability to leverage business, technical, and financial acumen to ensure alignment with firm objectives, strategy and technical direction with all needed business areas.
* Look across bodies of work and develop broader level reporting, trends, and analysis.
* Be a champion for change with ability to adapt to new situations/scenarios and bring stakeholders along.
* Partner with leaders and key associates to help establish framework, structure, and governance/controls that will support monitoring, controlling, and reporting project/program/portfolio status.
* Manage risks and issues with appropriate escalation.
* Provide leadership through example and coaching to others where needed.
* Stakeholder management and decision-making skills to influence positive program/project outcomes.
* Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks/projects and autonomously adjust to changing priorities.
* Ability to summarize complex information and concepts and clearly communicate to various audiences.
* Works effectively both autonomously and team environment.

*Position Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
* PMP or Agile certification a plus.
* Experience leading large projects or programs.
* Experience facilitating scope discussions and developing consolidated work.
* Experience with creating, monitoring, and interpreting program / project performance metrics through the entire development lifecycles.
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; effectively communicates with project team, other project leaders, multiple areas, divisions and outside vendors. Incorporates effective listening and collaboration skills.
* Excellent organization and coordination skills.
* Experience with project management tools.
