AT&T is a prime contractor on the Helios IDIQ program for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). AT&T won the Helios Task Order ATIP in 2020. For the DIA Directorate of Science and Technology (DS&T), the Advanced Technology Integration Program (ATIP) provides IT managed services for Special Access Program (SAP) systems supporting activities to enable DIA's sensitive technical collection.

AT&T has an opening for a Tech Process-Project Lead-Scrum Master for the ATIP program. This key position will be leading a team of 30 IT professionals managed IT support of IT systems for high-priority defense intelligence collection needs.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**

+ As the Tech Process-Project Lead-Scrum Master, you are responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the established processes and practices.

+ You will train and guide the ATIP technical team in Agile and Kanban principles, establish and monitor the daily standup and sprint tasks.

+ You be a pivotal member of the ATIP leadership team, clearing obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing team dynamics, ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team, and protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.

+ You will maintain a close working relationship with customer management, meeting with and reporting to them regularly.

+ Your role is to track all requirements, solve issues, track risks, conduct sprint planning and review, and oversee configuration management, change management, and engineering review boards.

+ You will support the decomposition of requirements into weighted user stories that the software team can use, orchestrate the standing-up and closing-down of scrums and manage the process for information exchange to ensure success

**Required Clearance:** TSSCI with poly (#polygraph)

**Required Qualifications:**

+ A Bachelors Degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to this position and eight (8) years of relevant experience

+ An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelors degree

+ SCRUM Master Certification (SMC)

+ Demonstration of experience performing many of the tasks described in the Job Responsibilities.

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ ITIL v4 certification and managed services experience

+ Experience with Jira and Confluence

+ Experience with DoD or DIA programs

+ Experience with classified information processing systems
