Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
  • TS/SCI Clearance with Poly.
  • Knowledge of services implementation, and system engineering processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Intrepid service architecture.
  • Knowledge of Intrepid systems.
  • Experience within the Intrepid domain and customer.
  • Demonstrated experience developing services and development schedules.

Intelligence:

The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Serving federal agencies and the Intelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helps our clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors, leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Do you have what it takes to make a difference in delivering National Asset capabilities to the Intelligence community in the Space Domain? If so, the Schedule Management team is your calling!

This position will be responsible for interfacing with both the Intrepid and customer personnel to develop and status the consolidated schedule for the office. The candidate will interface with multiple development contractors and provide schedule analysis culminating in recommendations to the customer on the viability of the success of their schedule.

The candidate will also coordinate with users of the services to ensure they are kept appraised of any changes which impact their utilization of the system. The candidate will create RFCs to control the appropriate schedule milestones and work with the customer schedule database to update the contents as required.

The successful candidate must bring a detailed understanding of the programs supported within the Intrepid program, have an excellent understanding of how to implement a services effort, and have excellent mission planning and scheduling experience. They must have served on a team where they interfaced and worked closely with senior customers, provided detailed schedule briefings and provided solid recommendations to both customers and Peraton leadership.

The successful candidate must be able to define, interpret and develop complex systems from a schedule perspective. The candidate will need to attend and brief engineering review boards and program level management reviews. The candidate must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.

This position is responsible for technical/operational leadership of a project/mission or group of projects/missions within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer. Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation. Performs technical studies to refine project requirements. Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. May conduct performance/project analyses during phase-down to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.
