TheProject and Administrative Coordinatorwill be a liaison for a global technology team primarily focused on key employee support processes to ensure the effectiveness of the entire organization. This role will have accountable for creating, refining, and executing employee onboarding experiences; asset and access management for hardware and software; supply management and ordering. This person will also support a variety of employee experience, event, and executive success processes.


Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management / Recovery / Return - Order office supplies, hardware, etc.
  • Manage Office / Cube Move and Set-up Processes (Facilities Management)
  • New Technology Communication Contact
  • Refine and own E2E employee onboarding experience
  • Create unique process for global employees who are outside of direct hierarchy but welcome, educate them on OH / ECT
  • Deliver employee onboarding experience on a biweekly basis as new employees begin
  • Includes hosting Teams meeting to welcome and introduce staff, ordering all hardware, setting up desks in office
  • Ad hoc executive and team support as part of ECT CoS team
  • Support end-to-end administration of webcasts, team forums including but not limited to volunteer events, recognition, Town Halls, Leadership Meetings etc.
  • Operate with high-level of discretion and confidentially to manage employee-level detail distribution lists for global team

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years experience as an executive assistant or project coordinator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (or higher)
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, must be highly polished in written communications
  • Detail oriented and ability to handle information from a variety of sources
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
