UNIQUE TREATMENT FOR A UNIQUE COMMUNITY

The Pride Institute first opened in 1986 and has since gone on to be a leading provider of residential and outpatient substance use and addiction treatment centers for the LGBTQ+ community. PrideStaff support the personal growth, resiliency and overall wellness of our clients during their recovery program with us. Our clients dont deal with their addiction and mental health issues in a vacuum; instead, these disorders are addressed within the context of the whole person. As a result, recovery doesnt just mean living substance-free, it means living more integrated and expressive lives.

Our Pride staff have diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Some of us are part of the LGBTQ+ community and some of us are allies. Some of us are in recovery and want to give back. Some of us haveonly witnessed the devastation caused by addiction. Some of us came to Pride with limited knowledge of the uniquechallenges experienced by ourclientsandsome of us havepersonally faced those challenges. We are always learning from each other and from our clients.

We are currently seeking a full-time Program Supervisor at our Eden Prairie Residential Treatment Center (RTC) to work in collaboration with our Admissions and Nursing Staff, and supervise our RTC Clinical Staff. Our Program Supervisor will ensure that systems are developed and maintained to provide excellent client care and communication with our clients. We are looking for creative, organized and flexible candidates who can effectively promote Pride's program and services to people who need us or know people who need us.

The Pride Institute offers a generous time off policy, health, dental, vision, life and other supplemental policies, as well as a 401k match and a stock purchase program from our parent company Universal Health Services (UHS).
