AT&T has an opening for a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to support the Government Program Office at the Washington Navy Yard, in providing experienced security administration and program support.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Work is 100% on site at the government location.

+ Provide support to the Program Security Officer (PSO) with oversight of all security requirements for the Program Management Office (PMO) and various test environments.

+ Provide Personnel Security to include access requests, security indoctrination briefs, visit certification processing, and assist with investigations of infractions/violations.

+ Provide Physical Security to include access control for the PMO facility, manage physical security protocols, maintenance/procurement of security equipment, recommendations for facility upgrades, maintain combinations, and provide visitor access/escort control.

+ Provide Information Security by enforcing media control, managing the classified document control system, provide local COMSEC support, and collaborate information professionals to implement JSIG and Risk Mgt Framework (RMF) requirements.

+ Assist with development and preparation of security standards, facility plans, test plans, inspections and security refresher training.

+ Perform self-inspections of secure facilities, evaluate findings, and take corrective action. Provide support for government security inspections.

+ Assist with other PMO tasking, including development, review and reproduction of briefing materials; project scheduling (MS Project); and meeting agenda/minutes preparation.

+ Interface between the PMO and resource sponsors, acquisition entities, security organizations, technical/design agents (field activities, R&D agencies, test facilities), Program Executive Officer (PEO) staffs and Vendors/Contractors.

+ Expect some travel in this position (10%), both local and out-of-area.

Required Clearance:

Current active TOP SECRET clearance reported in JPAS or DISS. (#topsecret)

Required Qualifications:

+ Associates Degree or higher required.

+ Three (3) or more years of experience in support of a DoD program office.

+ Advanced knowledge of government security regulations, including the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07 series, Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), and ICD-705 Technical Specifications.

+ Excellent communication skills (written and oral), able to effectively interact with customers, partners, and associates at all levels. Briefing experience.

+ Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment in support of numerous projects.

+ High proficiency with MS Office Suite, web applications and security databases.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree.

+ Familiarity with DoD and U.S. Navy organizations and functional missions.

+ Completion of various DCSA (CDSE, SPeD) and DAU coursework.
