Responsibilities

Description:

Candidate will be a Program Planning Analyst reporting directly to the Program Operations division of the Systems Engineering and Integration Program, and will provide strategic and tactical support to the Program Operations team. The Systems Engineering and Integration Program Operations team is responsible for implementation of portfolio sourcing and business execution of the Systems Engineering and Integration Program, including resource (staffing) identification and allocation, financial planning, partner relationship management, cost control and metric reporting, and supplier research and analysis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform all processes associated with the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff to include: pre-arrival coordination, scheduling, orientation, departure coordination, etc.
  • Perform business analytics activities to include the development, tracking and reporting of program metrics
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of program staffing functions for Perspecta and partners
  • Develop and maintain Business Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop, communicate and implement Business Operations process improvements
  • Manage facility requirements for the program to include: weekly seating updates, seating / IT analysis, seating allocations, coordination with Perspecta facility team
  • Collaborate with Program Operations teams on financial analysis and reporting
  • Support Program and Line of Business forums
  • Provide support to program surge proposal requests as required (both technical and financial portions)
  • Manage ideas and make decisions through critical thinking and problem solving capabilities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Bachelors degree, or related experience
  • 6+ years of experience in program planning, program control, program operations, program management, contracts management, or related field
  • Strong organization/project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments/projects, timelines and to identify project inter-dependencies, resource needs, potential risks/pitfalls and mitigation plans
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations that convey key concepts and outline recommendations to various levels of management
  • Strong quantitative skills through the use of Excel
  • Demonstrated learning agility in working with new, complex business problems and to provide innovative, value-added solutions
  • Demonstrated success for early/on-time completion of assignments/projects with the outcome resulting in the delivery and execution of a quality product/analysis
  • Flexible, innovative with the ability to excel in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
  • Ability to scale and quickly adapt as business needs change
  • Strong relationship manager with the ability to liaise across team members and stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently (self-managing) and within a team environment, with a high level of responsiveness
  • Strong Microsoft skills, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience with NGA
  • Demonstrated experience in business analytics
  • Relevant Systems Engineering & Integration (INCOSE), PMP or IT (ITIL) certifications
  • Ability to think and act strategically and to provide recommendations that add client/organizational value
  • Ability to lead, partner and influence effectively among all levels of the organization
  • Project management / team leadership experience
  • Strong business perspective, solid understanding of company financials, long range strategies, and core organizational capabilities
  • Experience working all aspects of proposals (to include coordination, financial and technical portions)
