Our Hosted Avaya Program team is fully focused on providing white glove voice and collaboration service and support to various high-profile customers.


AT&T has an opening for a post-sale Customer Service project manager to support multiple customers Hosted Avaya service, a remote IP Telephony service AT&T provides to geographically dispersed offices.


**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**


+ Direct, coordinate, and provide exemplary customer service and satisfaction and institute best practices.

+ Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve service affecting issues to meet program objectives.

+ Analyze customer current products usage and anticipate future service needs.

+ Develop and manage service action plans to correct service issues.

+ Recognizes and recommends operational improvement.

+ Provides trouble isolation for maintenance issues involving AT&T facilities.

+ Exceptional skills in written and verbal communications and customer interactions required.


**Required Qualifications:**


+ At least 8 years customer assurance and communications experience

+ Voice over IP Telephony transformation experience for at least 4 years


**Desired Qualifications:** In-depth knowledge of AT&T troubleshooting and ticketing systems and processes and experience in escalation management and tracking
