Responsibilities

Perspecta is seeking a Program Analyst in support of the Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S). PEO IEW&S provides tactically relevant Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) to the United States Army, U.S. Army Reserves, U.S. Army National Guard and Department of Defense (DoD) Aerial Exploitation Battalions (AEBs), Combatant Commanders (COCOMs) and Task Forces (TFs) in support of both persistent missions and current, and emerging, Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO).

The contractor shall provide acquisition program management and analysis support services for the planning and execution of PEO IEW&S programs at different acquisition category levels and in all phases of a program life cycle. The contractor shall:

  • Receive, analyze, triage, staff and monitor acquisition related taskers within PEO IEW&S
  • Provide data management and analysis for studies and maintain assigned projects.
  • Use data sources to identify programmatic needs.
  • Participate in strategic planning concerning program development.
  • Assist with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals are well documented.
  • Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Coordinate and staff materials for briefings and presentations at the PEO level
  • Support program managers through analytical support, acquisition knowledge for unclassified programs including assisting with the creation, revisions, and routing of programmatic documents
  • Work in a cross functional team that delivers high quality outputs on time
  • Collect, complete, organize, and interpret program data or documentation
  • Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems
  • Prepare summaries from meetings for PEO-wide distribution
  • Maintain responsibility for supporting a wide range of administrative tasks, including, gathering responses from information requests, quality control/configuration control of documents, formatting, and ensure all aspects follow agency guidelines
  • Must be an expert in Microsoft Office programs


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor Degree- Math, Engineering, Business or Sciences
  • Years of experience: A minimum of 5 year in acquisition/program management
  • Specific experience required: Knowledgeable with Department of Defense acquisition policies (e.g., DoD 5000.02, AR 70-1, etc.). Develop/Review Acquisition & Procurement Requirement Documents (e.g., Acquisition Plans (AP), Procurement Request Packages, etc.). Program reporting capability (e.g., Acquisition Program Baseline via AcqBiz). Plan/assist with major system life cycle support tasks/functions, as required..
  • Clearance: Secret
  • Preferred: Knowledge of PEO IEW&S organization

Salary Minimum: $53,976.00 Salary Maximum:$115,377.60 The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Perspecta salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Perspecta's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
