*Program Leader - Firm Portfolio Management Office*
The Firm Portfolio Management Office is an enterprise-wide function responsible for evolving the firm's capabilities for planning, project, and program management to help facilitate decision-making and execution of the firm's portfolio of strategic work. This includes development of the processes by which strategic programs and projects are scoped, prioritized, planned and resourced as well as leadership of execution around our largest strategic programs through a centralized program management function in partnership with division-level PMOs.

As a Program Leader, you will be a trusted advisor working with senior leaders while driving strategic engagements. This role is an opportunity to lead engagement teams to define and deliver business outcomes (get results through others, delegation, provide coaching and feedback) and an opportunity to manage up and influence leaders. It requires experience with high-risk, complex business projects, strategic thinking, planning, organizing, driving for results, and adapting to change. The Program Leader will be responsible for the execution and management of large, complex cross-functional and/or cross-products, within the program.

*Key Responsibilities: *

* Ability to leverage business, technical, and financial acumen to ensure alignment with firm objectives, strategy and technical direction with all business areas involved.

* Partner with business leaders to define program benefits that turn client and market insights into action.

* Partner with senior leaders to develop the program objectives, structure, and governance that will support monitoring, controlling, and reporting program status.

* Lead multiple project and/or product leaders to achieve program objectives and develop program measures to ensure needed benefits are realized

* Help teams identify and remove roadblocks

* Ability to create a strategy, roadmap and plan for a team to execute against and collaborate with Product teams as needed

* Demonstrated ability to navigate agile and waterfall methodologies

* Ability to develop processes for PPM and Product Management Lifecycles

* Integrate multiple project plans and product roadmaps using project and product management tools to create an integrated program plan with identifiable critical path(s), project dependencies, risks, issues, constraints and major milestones.

* Oversee program requirements and estimates with an appropriate understanding of risk and proactively manage program risks, issues, and change requests with appropriate escalation.

* Drive and propose improvements in Program/Project/Product Management areas based on industry "best in class" practices within the firm.

* Effectively execute stakeholder management and communication throughout the life of a program with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach.

* Provide leadership, development, and mentoring to associates holding them accountable through documented examples and timely feedback.

*Position Qualifications: *

* Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

* MBA or graduate degree preferred.

* 5-7 years of program management or product management experience leading complex projects/products is required, with the ability of creating, monitoring, and interpreting program / project performance metrics through the entire development lifecycles.

* Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other project leaders is required.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

* Experience with PPM tools such as Clarity, Jira, and/or Aha is preferred but not required

* PMP and/or Agile Certification Preferred
