Responsible for setting the strategic vision of the Fertility Program and implements and oversees tactics to execute based upon the business strategy. Through cross-functional collaboration, they will partner with stakeholders in the broader organization to gain buy-in for the business strategies, leverage corporate functions and processes to drive alignment and serve as the key liaison for the Fertility Program. Serving as an Executive Sponsor to key accounts when necessary. Managing the overall service, operational and product portfolio for the business to adhere to the defined business plan. They will guide staff wellbeing and service execution by identifying and solving for organizational needs, setting, and communicating a clear vision, instilling proper support infrastructure, training, and pricing to enable team members, and mentoring and coaching staff as appropriate. They will provide inspiration, leadership, and guidance to the management team, and be responsible for the overall well-being and management of the program by tracking to key performance indicators.

  • Responsible for the strategic vision of the Fertility Program

  • Leads the strategic brand positioning and growth of current and emerging program solutions
  • ""
  • Responsible for partnering with marketing teams to define and cultivate the program
  • ""
  • Serves as primary contact for UHC / Optum Rx PBM in relation to Fertility Program account management. Ensures training is developed and executed amongst the team
  • ""
  • Evaluates market trends and industry capabilities to understand and recommend how to position for a competitive advantage for the best client experience
  • ""
  • Understands enterprise strengths and resources and collaborates with internal team members to develop solutions that address client objectives
  • ""
  • Ensures best practices and clear standard operating procedures are effectively being utilized and executed in driving a highly efficient business operations process
  • ""
  • Promotes a positive environment for staff and identifies and works with business leaders to address any issues that are creating barriers to an optimal work environment for all staff
  • ""
  • Consistently demonstrates ability to successfully move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Economics, or a related field
  • ""
  • 7+ years of experience in the fertility space
  • ""
  • In-depth understanding of the fertility space from a pharmacy perspective (i.e. physician office relationship management needs, patient needs, customer service expectations and pharma/program relationships)
  • ""
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
  • ""
