Auto req ID: 237789BR Job Description Job Eligibility Criteria: High School Diploma or GED 18 years of age or older 4 year college degree preferred 3+ years supervisory experience preferred 2+ years production or manufacturing environment experience preferred Must be highly detailed and organized, and have a strong ability to multitask Demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to follow up/ follow through with any given task and make decisions when necessary Experience using lean, critical thinking and continuous improvement processes; Strong process improvement skills (ability to develop and implement processes) Ability to provide strategic and tactical leadership to all aspects of the job; works well in a team environment and independently. Strong ability to work well with others within a diverse workgroup/ team environment and exercises a high level of customer service skills Must be able to prepare documentation detailing work, building process flows, etc. Ability to read and use standards of operations, understand and use process, procedures, and workflow documentation. Must be willing and able to work any shift to accommodate meeting/ training schedules Must be able to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment team-oriented, deadline driven, high performance demands, and fast paced. Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including, wearing proper protective equipment, practicing personal hygiene, or obeying safety practices.
