As member of the leadership team, the *Lead Registration Administrator *provides the on-site supervision of a process, work-flow, and/or procedure and daily support to a team of Registration Administrators or Client Relation Specialists. The Lead Registration Administrator drives the success of the team and must possess maturity, attention to detail, the ability to delegate effectively, be able to transfer knowledge, train, and perform the responsibilities of a registration administrator or client relation specialists successfully. This role assists management with reports, staffing, defining team member daily assignments, identifying training opportunities, helps resolves escalated customer issues, and with a sense of urgency, effectively communicates any team member infractions of Cox policy and state procedure to the direct supervisor or manager.

Under remote or little supervision, the *Lead Registration Administrator* provides daily assistance and support to the direct supervisor or manager by developing solutions or alternatives to a variety of problems and providing on-site daily supervision of a team of registration administrators or client relation specialists. This role performs a variety of office support tasks, including answering the telephone, recording and forwarding messages, answering questions via email, fax or telephone about sales taxes and motor vehicle fees and requirements, and entering data into the computer. Follow up phone calls to customers and vendors may be necessary.

*Your role:*

* Monitor and direct effectively the daily activities of a process, work-flow, procedure, and/or high volume, strategic accounts

* Assist with identifying team member training opportunities

* Conduct team member training and staffing assignments

* Ensure daily, weekly, or monthly reports are accurate and delivered on time to management

* Provide client and vendor feedback to supervisor/manager

* Effectively communicate any team member infractions of Cox policy and DMV state policy/procedure to management

* Provide support to the team with training and by answering any process and/or DMV state policy/procedure questions

* Assist with resolving escalated client issues

* Communicate to clients the new process flows and/or feature sets

* Assist with the onboarding process of a client or team member

* Assist with the checking, typing, cash out, shipping, and/or document scanning processes

* Process OLRS transactions

* Perform warehouse duties when receiving inventory shipments

* Perform the duties of Courier, that includes the delivery and pick up of documentation, registration and license plates from customers within the region

* Other duties/tasks assigned

Qualifications: *Required Experience (minimum):*

* Highschool Diploma or GED

* Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)

* Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) when necessary

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to multi-task

* Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to perform professionally

* Expert Knowledge of DMV title and registration process

* Ability to transfer knowledge and motivate others

* Self-motivated professional and possess ability to meet deadlines with little supervision

* Technically savvy with a proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to become proficient in a proprietary software

* Ability to work and lead in a fast-paced environment under time-sensitive requirements

* Must have a clean driving record
