**What You Will Achieve**

Your knowledge of the manufacturing domain will help in understanding of process equipment and systems, manufacturing operations, and project Management.

+ This position is responsible for providing production and technical support in managing relationship with Dalian Vaitris Contract Manufacturer (CM) located in Dalian China as a core member of the Pfizer Dalian Virutal Site Operations Team (VSOT)

+ This position will also be part of the core project team responsible for the Dalian Viatris Site Separation Project

This position will be based in Dalian China.

**How Will you Achieve It**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ The Production Lead is responsible for the relationship with, and the performance of the CMs in his/her area of responsibility.

+ Play a leading role in providing production and technical support by working together with Dalian Viatris Personnel to help them resolve Production and Technical issues.

+ Participate in internal and external VSOT meetings

+ Provide support to capital projects in CM related to Pfizer manufactured products. Track and ensure projects are completed within the project timeline

+ Manage and promote Continuous Improvements in operatons with CM

+ Ensure Production Metrics are tracked and proactively managed at CM

+ Project management for the site separation project:

+ Provide onsite project execution support at the Dalian Viatris Site

+ Participate and contribute actively to the core project team meetings.

+ Coordintate with CM personnel on the project management

+ Work closely with the Pfizer Project Manager in the engineering design of the project

+ Key Pfizer Liaison person with CM for onsite project scoping work and verification

+ Sterile Workshope 120D phase II asset management

-Provide onsite support to ensure assets and facility are reinstated and maintainced in the proper condition

-Key Pfizer liaison person with CM on the onsite management of the assets



+ Degree (Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Engineering, or Chemistry) preferred

+ Minimum 5 years of production experience required

+ Demonstrated experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, including knowledge and experience with relevant biopharmaceutical unit operations

+ Proactive in engagement with key stakeholders

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to efficiently use current computer packages including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Word

+ Good verbal and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to lead and participate in teams is required

+ Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

+ Well-developed interpersonal skills (leadership, integrity, team orientation, flexibility, creativity);

+ Experience in projects that require collaborative approaches; strong analytical skills; ability to understand business issues and processes;

+ Needs to be bi-lingual in Mandarin and English

+ Position will be based in Dalian China.


+ Experience in a biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical {Current} Good Manufacturing Practices
