This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:45am - 8:00pm, CST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located in Eden Prairie, MN.

*If you are located within commutable distance from the office, you would be required to work onsite. For those outside the area, you may enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Receive inbound calls regarding appointment scheduling with field hearing professionals and partner providers in locations across the U.S.
  • ""
  • Schedule appointments for hearing tests and follow up appointments.
  • ""
  • Make outbound calls to remind customers of their appointments
  • ""
  • Monitor and analyze calendars, dashboards and various list views in order to maximize the customers and the field hearing professionals time
  • ""
  • Use problem solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • ""
  • Follow up on cancellations and no shows to assist with re-scheduling.
  • ""
  • Provide driving directions in geographic areas you are unfamiliar with, using instructions and google map.
  • ""
  • Provide re-scheduling support for unexpected cancellations by the provider or the patient.
  • ""
  • Manage documentation around appointment information and directions to locations
  • ""
  • Document and maintain accurate customer records.
  • "

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • ""
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • ""
  • 1+ years of PC experience, including the ability to locate and interpret complex information from multiple systems
  • ""
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word (creating, editing, saving documents) and Microsoft Excel (creating, editing, saving spreadsheets)
  • ""
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:45am - 8:00pm, CST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime
  • ""
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
