The Product Program Manager is accountable for the consistent and effective delivery of technology product and program/project management items on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards that exceed customers expectations. To be successful in this role, one needs to demonstrate leadership abilities in project & program management, problem solving, relationship building, analytics skills, and communication. You will work in a multi-faceted organization effectively handling your workload while keeping senior management of progress, issues and risks relating to product and project/program deliverables. We provide the critical technical foundation for Citi's operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services. We do this by working as one-team to deliver high quality, reliable and modern infrastructure technologies at the right cost. We drive to optimize the functionality and capability of the infrastructure technologies.

The CTI Data Services group is the leading organization to defining and implementing the firm-wide data strategy for the future. It is responsible to design and deliver foundational data capabilities that cover a wide range of technologies, such as data modelling, data cataloging, data lineage and tracing, data security and privacy, data warehousing, and document management. The group engineers, certifies and operates core data platforms for the bank, including databases, data lakes, messaging infrastructures, data analytics and reporting tools.


+ Enable successful delivery of infrastructure projects/programs by working with the team through the entire project lifecycle

+ Lead daily operation of the projects by planning the projects, working with multiple technology streams for delivery, driving work through project teams and communicating regularly with shareholders

+ Ensure that projects/programs are aligned with the project structure as per guidelines issued by the central team, implementing improvement practices when possible to maximize client happiness and financial saves

+ Highlight risks, anticipate change requirements, and advance issues in a timely manner

+ Provide regular updates to all concerned partners with regards to project/program health, financial tracking, action items, and support requirements

+ For any issues, assesses the alternatives to resolve (path to green) and builds a plan for resolution

+ Defines and measures the KPIs for a product

+ Identifies best practices for continuous product development improvement

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

+ Problem Solving and Decision Making: When making decisions, uses a mix of analysis, wisdom, experience and discernment. Assesses business needs, anticipates problems.

+ Works independently and is self-directed.


+ 6-10 years of relevant experience in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.

+ Experience influencing stakeholders and working with senior technologists preferably in a comparable technology or financial institutions organization.

+ Demonstrated experience as a leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams

+ You have a positive, does what it takes attitude to drive success

+ You care about providing a great experience to your internal customers


+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent work experience
