Role & Responsibilities

Lead a development team of Content and Lab engineers to create innovative, educational content for the Stealthwatch platform, and any other content areas as needed.

Help evolve the team to working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to develop and maintain educational content.

Write user stories for the content engineering team. Develop, maintain, and prioritize the story backlog, and lead the team during PI planning to meet quarterly goals.

Actively manage the product backlog, participate in daily stand ups, and manage change in an agile way.

Participate in team demos and retrospectives

Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and all other participants in the Value Stream for Stealthwatch education.

Deliver on the product roadmap, and work with Product management to ensure that the voice of the customer is heard.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S or higher degree.
• Project and Program Management Knowledge.
• Agile Development Methodologies.
• 5+ years experience in the development of Educational Content.
• 3+ years of previous program management or product owner experience.
• Experience with common learning tools (LMS/LCMS tools, Content Authoring Tools, Assessment Tools)
• Good written and personal communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, negotiate and hold teams accountable for commitments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high level of complexity.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• MS Excel, Project, and Powerpoint skills required.
