What You'll Do

The Cisco Digital Marketing team is a front runner organization within Cisco that is tasked with driving the next growth chapter for Ciscos success. The teams mission is to deliver outstanding digital marketing experiences for our customers and partners, thereby contributing significantly to Cisco and its customers future. Key priorities for the team include omnichannel customer experience; advance data analytics to drive identification of new growth areas; always-on listening and responsive center of expertise that provides for rapid interception, and prediction of customer needs; build interesting red carpet experiences for our customers, and channel partners to have when researching Ciscos products; understand, leverage, and influence various parts of the customer experience to inform marketing strategy for Cisco.

You will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and plans, as well as driving the execution of the TelcoMobile Segment within Americas Service Provider Marketing at Cisco. You will need to understand how to help customers lead in a 5G world, while also working with them to unlock new ways to save money, make money and mitigate risks. Aligned, key Cisco Customer's you will be a trusted, influential marketing business partner to sales, developing marketing programs that drive growth, market leadership, customer relevance and deliver revenue impact. You will develop and implement high-touch, account-based Marketing initiatives, and high-scale optimization of programs and campaigns.

Your focus is to create engagements to drive outstanding customer experiences and grow marketing sourced pipeline and bookings. You will accomplish this with the design, implementation, and measurement of customer-relevant demand programs.

Who You Are

  • You have 10+ years of marketing experience in Service Provider, 5G and B2B.
  • You have account-based marketing expertise, campaign experience, persona targeting, journeys, and partner marketing.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills across virtual and global teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurship, creativity, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable taking risks and learning from experiences.

Build Strategic Relationships. You communicate effectively to influence and establish impactful relationships with business partners including sales, strategic partners, the senior leadership team, peers, customers, influencers and vendors.

Business Knowledge. You will accelerate our Service Provider business and our solutions in the Americas market with a keen lens to the different business imperatives driving our customers in TelcoMobile, and you will localize messaging and value propositions for this segment.

Strategy, Operations, and Budget. Data and insights drive your marketing mix and your strategic plans to deliver on sales goals. With the TelcoMobile segment, you will lead with a drive-to-action approach, for outcomes and impact and at an effective pace. You build trusted relationships across marketing, sales, and partners to enable and deliver a full marketing portfolio and clearly demonstrate ROI. You continually track, review and drive improvement against goals for your segment. You use data and analytics to determine customer insights and trends in building marketing programs. You will develop a budget for a fiscal year plan for the web segment as well as a quarterly plan aligned to marketing investments planned to drive the adoption of Cisco solutions. You excel at synthesizing market forces and sales strategy into a coherent marketing strategy.
