The newly formed PepsiCo Data + Analytics Team is creating data platforms and products to serve various business needs across the global PepsiCo organization. These products will change the way the business interacts with data, enabling associates and executives to easily shop & select for the reliable, certified, trusted products they need to drive improved decisions and business outcomes. In order to ensure enterprise awareness and adoption of our data products, we anticipate the need to market them across the company. The Platform Marketing (Associate) Manager is a critical role working alongside senior Data & Analytics leadership and reporting to the Sr. Platform Marketing Manager. This role will work closely with the Product, Engineering & UX teams, as well as other internal Business functions, to generate awareness and adoption for our data products across teams and geographies. The successful candidate will be responsible for messaging/positioning, GTM, and content. They will also define adoption enablement strategy and branding for current and future product releases. They will also help identify where to play and how to win the hearts and minds of stakeholders of all levels of technical expertise to achieve key user and adoption milestones. This role is a hybrid of product marketing, branding & communications, and technology. It requires a mix of brand building, storytelling, change management, GTM, internal communications, external PR, and technical understanding. The role also requires extensive collaboration across multiple functions, regions, and agency partners. This role will work closely with our technology teams and partners and requires an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, this will involve significant exposure to senior stakeholders across PepsiCo. It is a unique role for someone looking for a broadening experience that expands their domain expertise and visibility and provides the foundation for more senior leadership roles in the organization. Accountabilities: Shape the GTM for new data products with the goal of driving awareness and adoption across the enterprise Drive sustainable adoption of data products and future technology platforms by segmenting and targeting the right parts of the enterprise with relevant content, information, and use cases Create a strong brand and product perception via consistent messaging, design, branding, and collaterals Own content strategy for internal and external comms through innovative storytelling about data products and future technology products Continuously build selling stories for new product releases, features, training, education, and accomplishments Develop and own metrics for measuring progress and assessing the impact of data products, working closely with the Solution Engineering team to measure and act against insights generated by user feedback/data Partner with Product Managers, Solutions Consulting, business stakeholders, and leadership to understand current user needs, customer experiences, and identify areas of opportunity to build support for the data products vision, and reinforce change management efforts to transform PepsiCo into a more data-oriented enterprise Understanding other related business data initiatives/tools not currently owned by us and how we position these as one complete story for the business and the teams leading those initiatives Qualifications/Requirements 5-7+ years of relevant experience in a strategic B2B marketing role including Brand Marketing or Product Marketing for B2B, tech, or data-related companies. Extensive experience developing strategies and content to drive new data products awareness and adoption Extensive experience shaping product messaging and positioning and translating them into communications strategies Extensive experience building GTM strategies from scratch including defining a target audience, content strategy, delivery channels, KPIs, and others Familiar with current best practices in digital and data platforms and products Track record of building processes to develop and implement data/technology solutions to end-users, including impactful launches and post-launch support Experience marketing digital tools, SaaS, and other tech product management preferredSkills, Abilities, Knowledge: Strategic thinker Global citizen able to adapt messaging to various audiences (seniority, cultures, technical expertise, functional alignment, etc.) Creative and artistic content virtuoso World-class relationship building based on collaboration, entrepreneurial problem solving, challenging status quo and limitations Gifted storyteller being able to develop and articulate product vision, mission, value prop, and benefits of any data product Able to work across functions and disciplines to inspire grassroots support for enterprise capability transformation Demonstrates creativity, inspiration, resilience, curiosity, trustworthiness, and confidence Exceptional organizational savvy in a global context; ability to navigate a complex and highly ambiguous and completely new to PepsiCo organization and set of internal and external stakeholders Influential & Diplomatic ability to influence vastly different cultures at PEP and the tech partner, leveraging high diplomacy skills to bring different people/ perspectives to a commonplace Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines Able to receive requirements/feedback, process information, and translate it into potential solutions and strategies on the fly An expert communicator who can lead and manage relationships across organizational boundaries and vendor relationships Able to seamlessly transition between visionary/strategic focus and hands-on getting things done Experience with executive-level communications, tracking project interdependencies, communicating issues & risk, and managing relationships with business team executives at Director and VP level Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
