Auto req ID: 250708BR Job Description This role is for a product manager who will be responsible for the PBNA Commercial Delivery and Settlement functional area. The product manager must have strong CPG/GTM/DSD experience and business acumen and be a trusted advisor to business partners and executive stakeholders. The product manager will be responsible for defining and executing the IT capabilities roadmap, budget management, IT delivery team management, vendor management, release management, and e2e solution design in line with the enterprise architecture framework. This role is directly accountable for governing the application managed services (AMS) team in partnership with the application support lead and maintaining a streamlined product backlog by balancing system enhancements, stability, and business continuity features. The product manager will be responsible for collaborating with other cross-functional teams to support organization-wide initiatives and manage the impact on the delivery and settlement applications. The product manager will be accountable for coaching/mentoring junior team members, implementing DevSecOps/Agile framework, and consistent methodology usage across the Commercial portfolio. Accountabilities: Collaborate with business partners and executive leadership on defining product backlog inclusive of enhancements, bug fixes, and stability features Lead the backlog prep/review/grooming, define release plans, identify funding needs and work with senior leadership on budget approvals. Lead the SOW/CR process with vendors to deliver the defined scope per release and collaborate with AMS teams to bring synergies. Drive the AMS teams to ensure incident reduction and problem resolution with a constant focus on keeping business continuity and DR plans updated. Lead the e2e solution design in line with the enterprise architecture framework Collaborate with other cross-functional / organization-wide initiatives to manage the impact on the delivery and settlement applications and create a consolidated plan for efficient tracking of progress and risk management. Provide periodic status updates to business stakeholders and executive leadership and proactively manage/mitigate risks and issues. Mentor/coach junior members in the team and build/maintain knowledge base for all the applications in delivery and settlement area. Qualifications/Requirements 10+ years of professional experience including the delivery of large scale cross-functional programs 7+ years of experience defining the product roadmap, managing and delivering to the plan Mandatory 'Non-Technical' Skills: GTM / CPG / DSD business knowledge Program leadership experience in large-scale cross-functional program Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Familiarity with Scaled Agile and DevOps Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Testing expertise. PBNA Legacy system experience and knowledge of solutions deployed within PepsiCo Capability to manage multiple vendor relationships to ensure effective design, delivery, and governance of the program Strong experience in end to end enterprise design, development, and implementation, including integration across other functional areas Strong people leadership, influencing/negotiation, coaching/facilitation skills Demonstrated desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
