What Youll Do

The workplace of the future will be powered by AI and the Cisco Webex Intelligence team is making that a reality. Two fast-moving startups teams (MindMeld and Accompany) were acquired by Cisco to disrupt and boost the industry's #1 Teamwork portfolio. We aim to build the next generation of collaboration software & devices - from digitizing the in-meeting experience, enhancing distributed team efficiency and improving all aspects of people connection.

What You'll Do

• Strategic planning multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional partners both internally and externally to the team.
• Work with Product and Engineering to help establish accurate timelines and own timelines in conjunction with Product.
• Manage our alpha and early field trials tracking results and outcomes, as well as synthesizing and communicating results to partners.
• Build out and lead a detailed feature backlog and roadmap.
• Proactively gather inputs from Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales to provide insights and facilitate alignment between all parts of the business.
• Drive project execution from the start of development to QA signoff.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of project management experience.
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science or related technical field
• Experience running an agile team using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience leading multiple projects across cross-functional partners both internally and externally to the team.
• Be a process guru, driving existing processes while iteratively implementing process improvements to drive towards execution efficiency.
• Experience working in a large enterprise with dispersed teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
• Good communication (written, verbal) and teamwork skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences.

Support creation of quarterly business reviews that can accurately capture team performance using SLAs and KPIs.

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working with a data driven machine learning development teams
• Experience working on enterprise collaboration tools
