We are searching for an experienced, dynamic, and strategicProduct Manager, Mobile App-OptumRx for our mobile app prescription management experience. You will be responsible for empowering our product owners to solve difficult problems while working for our business.You will be expected to craft the vision and story for your team holistically, balancing the needs of our business and the experience of our user, ensuring that the solutions delivered are both valuable and viable.You will work closely with a team of digital product owners along with analysts, designers, engineers, product leaders, and business partners across the organization as you leverage the power of our multiple brands and Optum channels to bring your vision to life.

We expect our Product Manager to deliver results as defined by key business outcomes and product performance measures. You and your team will set long- and short-term product goals and manage priorities and financials against those desired outcomes. The Product Manager must also convey a deep knowledge of our users and customers and the data about how our customers engage with our products. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • ""
  • 3+ years of digital product experience using Agile Methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) to deliver iterative, valuable improvements to digital experiences Strategic planning experience including, but not limited to, defining goals, planning actions and delivering business outcomes
  • ""
  • 2+ years of eCommerce digital experience
  • ""
  • 1+ Pharmacy and/ or healthcare experience product experience
  • ""
  • Experience analyzing and aggregating data, formulating conclusions and recommendations
  • ""
  • Experience working with UI / UX , related to external users for the product
  • ""
  • Experience developing and delivering formal presentations
  • ""
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • ""
  • You may be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • ""
