For this role you will own the end-to-end experience of our web and mobile app users. You will be responsible for driving product design, detailing, going to market and monitoring product performance. You will work in an ART (Agile Release Train) setup with a Scrum team of Engineers, Designers, and Content writer for implementation.

You will obsessively seek to understand the customers perspective by being data-driven and having a bias towards action. This will also involve, effectively using analytics tools, AB test tools (like Evergage) and other front-end tools to better help define and improve user journey. You will perform internal and external user testing, design thinking workshops to define the end-to-end user experience for web/mobile products. You will define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.

For this role you will need 3+ years of relevant work experience, having worked as a Product Manager for web and mobile consumer focused software products (B2C). You will need an understanding of the mobile ecosystem and have good handle on the mobile native capabilities. Knowledge of Android and IOS design principles. Youll have the ability to document and break down customer flows into steps that drive product development, including writing process maps, EPICs, Stories and breaking down the stories.

Youll be familiar with front end tools ecosystem such as Amplitude, Adobe Omniture, Salesforce marketing cloud, Helpshift, Braze, Kochava, Evergage, Google or Adobe Tag managers, or similar Marketing, Analytics, Personalization, Attribution, AB testing, help tools, etc. Youll have an entrepreneurial drive and would have demonstrated the ability to work in a global team, achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Annual base salary gross: $107,233-131,063. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Unions total compensation package for employees.
