The Product Manager - Clinical Integration will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, scaling, and continued evolution of CHS integration with Optum clinical programs and all related processes needed to enable the Complex Health Solutions (CHS) umbrella. The position is responsible for working with the various Optum cross-functional partners and the CHS product, ops, and tech teams to translate our clinical integration strategy into operational execution. The position will work with multiple areas across the organization to develop, implement, and scale the operational capabilities needed to execute goals. This includes understanding current state processes for Optum clinical including population health, behavioral, and specialty pharmacy areas and how they can be applied to best support populations with complex healthcare needs. It will involve bringing together the best of what Optum and UHC can offer, developing new where needed, and creating a center of excellence that can be showcased to the market. The position will work with employees across the company to help bring these programs and services to life.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing large projects and/or leading multi-departmental work-groups
  • ""
  • 2+ years of product management/product development experience working in a large, fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • ""
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience to work collaboratively and influence others
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience leveraging data and research to make business decisions
  • ""
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
