What Youll Do

Cisco Enterprise wireless platform team is searching for a highly motivated, articulate and hands-on results-driven Product Manager to understand the customer needs, evangelize the Cisco DNA Spaces solution and drive adoption/renewals. Every day will be unique, and your responsibilities will require you to apply your selling, analytics, problem solving and creative out-of-the box thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the evangelist for Cisco DNA Spaces and EN Wireless stack offering
  • Design, build and deploy effective GTM strategies and solutions around EN Wireless/DNA Spaces offerings
  • Put pen to paper and execute - create easy to use vertical specific content, demos, programs, training, incentives and offers
  • Sales enablement and engagement with Cisco Sales and partners to drive value proposition to customers across different verticals, geo and segments
  • Collaborate, engage and support industry vertical groups to create holistic end-end solutions for carpeted enterprise, retail, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing etc
  • Engage in CXO level customer meetings to discuss customers business issues and how DNA Spaces can help them achieve their business outcomes
  • Maintain strong technical understanding of entire wireless stack and technologies like Wi-Fi 6, 5G, Location, IOT, Bluetooth/BLE, Zigbee, APIs, IOS-XE, AireOS etc
  • Understand competitive dynamics and create collateral/strategies to compete effectively and win
  • Understand and articulate Ciscos Intent Based Networking portfolio and solutions
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to anticipate customer needs, features, and functional requirements to influence the product, engineering and sales teams
  • Figure out and create metrics to track adoption and usage. Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and metrics

Who You'll Work With

You will be required to actively work with Cisco Sales, Cisco Partners, Industry Vertical Groups, Product Managers, Marketing teams and Cisco customers across various geographies and Theaters. You need to be able to persuade various partners by pivoting between deep technical knowledge to savvy business insights. You will also provide key customer inputs and insights to help drive decisions related to product and feature support.

Who You Are

  • 8-10 years of Product Management, Technical Leader in engineering, Pre-Sales, Business development or strategic partnerships experience preferably in an B2B SaaS company
  • BSEE/CS or equivalent with 8-10 years of relevant business experience. MBA, MS in Computer Science/Electrical & Computer Engineering or Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams both internal and external without formal authority
  • Structured, organized and strong analytical mindset to turn data from varied sets to drive customer adoption and make appropriate recommendations to the product
  • Self-starter with strong verbal and written communications skills and demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi products. Location/IOT experience would be a plus
