**POSITION SUMMARY** .



+ Support and execute sourcing projects for commercial and all indirect spend.

+ provides operational support, including data analysis and reporting, market reviews, and project tracking.

+ Support in enhancing Procurement's relationship with internal customers to proactively identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement,

+ Supplier Relationship Management.



**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ **I - Reporting & Analysis** Support the analytical requirements defined by reporting line, including but not limited to:

+ Data gathering (internal and external) including Business requirements

+ Market and supplier analysis

+ Data management

+ Work with internal functional experts, suppliers, and at times consultants, to implement and document various procurement team strategies and operational improvement efforts

+ Develop well-rounded industry knowledge in various subcategory groupings as required to support market and/or site.



**II - Sourcing Activity and Contract Negotiation**



+ Support contract negotiations ensuring value is realized through achieving the necessary quality, service at the most competitive cost in the Market.

+ Manage the approval of contracts and ensure compliance with legislation and the company's policies and procedures in collaboration with the Pfizer Legal Department

+ Ensure savings and added value are tracked and reported into Ariba Sourcing tool in a timely manner to present the most current view of delivery.

+ Perform basic Spot Buying and support local sourcing initiatives as required.



**III - Supplier Relationship Management:**



+ Support the development of supplier relationships across assigned categories and ensure appropriate risk management is undertaken.

+ Implementation of the agreed plans for evaluating and measuring supplier performance of strategic suppliers through the GP Supplier Relationship Management process.

+ Support the ongoing cost savings opportunities within supplier contracts and operational processes.

+ Mediate to resolve service related issues with internal and external stakeholders.



**IV - Client Engagement and Customer Relationship Management:**



+ Engage with key customers to identify opportunities.

+ Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.



**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**



Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will have interaction with as a regular part of the position responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate.



+ Market/Site Head of Procurement & Team

+ Relevant category specific individuals across the GP network

+ Relevant business stakeholders and contacts in the enabling functions including Finance & Legal.

+ Relevant key suppliers



**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**



Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).



+ Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Engineering, or related field required.

+ 2-4 years work experience in Procurement or Finance discipline preferred, ideally within a large multi-national company

+ Understanding of the end to end Procurement process including experience of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management preferred



**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:**



+ Ability to work both as an individual and effectively contribute as part of a team.

+ Developing understanding of the end to end Procurement process including experience of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

+ Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Fluent English is a must.

+ Sound IT skills - particularly in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation packages.

+ Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse workload

+ Good Analytical Skills

+ SAP / Oracle
