Responsibilities

The Process Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving program performance, by optimizing and managing the business process. You will evaluate and make improvements to business processes. The Process Managers will ensure the efficiency of business operations and create and implement changes or improvements as needed. You will generate documentation of existing processes and improvements, forecast expected results of process changes, analyze implemented changes and make further adjustments to workflow, schedules or other processes as required. You will present your finding and make recommendations on improvements to incorporate change in the analyzed business processes. You will seek opportunities to reducing cost and increase operational efficiency. In short you will be responsible forevaluatingexistingbusinessprocesses, createdocumentationoutliningprocessimprovements, managethe improvementprocess including implementation, conductongoinganalyses,and updateprogram procedures andpolicies.

Specific tasks that the Process Manager will ensure is accomplished, either online or as instructor-led opportunities, includes:

  1. You will work toward making the program especially during the transition of the contract from the incumbent making the program to be more efficient and effective.
  2. You will drive the organization to improves on its capability and to change as the business environment changes.
  3. You will be involves controlling, monitoring, measuring, executing, designing, and evaluating business processes.
  4. You will ensure that the outcomes derivable from a business process are in line with the strategic goal of the concerned organization.
  5. You will be involved in improving business process management in practically all the departments that constitute an organization.
  6. You will be responsibility of overseeing the completion of business processes right from the start.
  7. You will be expected to bring about innovation into business processes with the aim of positively impacting the results.
  8. You will work towards improving the overall ability of the program to achieve its requirements, goals and objectives.
  9. You will be responsible for gathering huge amounts of data together within the process framework of the organization and applying such data towards the success of the program.
  10. You will be involved in various program projects and will be required to team up with other program resources from various departments towards achieving the desired goals of the program.
  11. You will be responsible for designing new processes for the program and contributing towards solving process-related challenges that the program may encounter.
  12. You will be responsible for mapping out any existing process in the organization and design new ones towards improving program process.
  13. Involved in analyzing information, collecting data, researching processes, and holding meetings.

You will be expected to react very fast to any rapid change in market condition towards improving the organizations business processes

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  2. Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 8 - 10 years of experience, or a Master's with 6 - 8 years of experience.
  3. Knowledge of diverse business processes in a wide range of industries.
  4. Experience in developing and designing documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
  5. Experience monitoring internal controls and make recommendations as needed.
  6. Experience in coordinating teams and training staff.
  7. Experience reducing process errors, improve process results and save costs.
  8. The ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess business need as well as communicate technology concepts effectively with all clients.
  9. Proactive approach to customer/or client challenges, applying problem solving skills to achieve results.
  10. Ability to present material in a formal manner to customers and internal leadership on statuses, risks, issues
  11. Broad experience in a variety of technologies Excellent organization skills
  12. Ability to follow security protocols to protect sensitive data.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. STEM Masters degree (e.g., computer science, management information systems, systems engineering).
  2. Certification, (i.e. Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP))

3.Familiarlity with Agile systems implementation methodologies.

  1. Mission/Business Capability analysis experience determining how a capability should work and how changes in conditions, threat, mission, ROE, operations, technology and the environment will affect outcomes.
  2. DIA experience
  3. Working knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training/Instructional Systems Design (SAT/ISD) methodologies
  4. Experience developing plans, processes, schedules tools, techniques to effectively develop and manage schedules for training/outreach organizations ensuring customer satisfaction in addition to analyzing/assessing results, incorporating into continuous improvement.
