Job Summary:

The Premium Suites Manager will focus on the day to day operations of the Suites and Theatre Box food and beverage operations at Rogers Place.


The Suites manager will be responsible for managing all F&B operations and accountable for the delivery of the highest levels of customer and food & beverage service to our premium suite holders. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.



Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for all non-event and event day food, beverage and other services.
  • Must have strong professional etiquette on phone and in email communications
  • Deliver excellence in food & beverage execution and customer service, with a passion for creating \u201cI remember moments\u201d
  • Provides food and beverage service to clients in a clean professional manner consistent with Aramark standards
  • Develop and build suite business, and overall department sales
  • Coordinate menus and special events with Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine and staff.
  • Provide solution based decision making to deliver on guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Suites and Theatre Box personnel.
  • Responsible for recruitment, hiring, training and development of departmental staff.
  • Ensures all products meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitors financial results on an ongoing basis adhering to forecast and adjusts as necessary.
  • Reports timely and accurately as specified by on site management, Aramark corporate headquarters and client.
  • Provides strong leadership to all direct reports while assisting them in their development.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Communicates to daily service staff assignments and provide Leadership to ensure proper and timely setup, service and cleanup. Communicate to management any necessary changes that may need to take place in order to ensure an effective, safe and profitable work environment.
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Keep detailed records of all food and beverage service by gathering confirmation of services provided with client signature on event orders. Must know how to interpret and pre-work a BEO.
  • Must be able to handle a high-volume establishment, must be willing to assist fellow co-workers as situations arise and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Guest oriented and service minded.
  • Degree in Food service management, BA, or related field.
  • Ensure adherence to Aramarks policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to Aramarks Health and Safety Programs.
  • Promote good public relations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Scope:Directly reports to the Assistant General Manager / Director of Premium Services under established guidelines in performance of role. Will be in contact with other departments as deemed necessary to support building wide activations. Ensure that guests will be served to the highest standard. Coach, train, motivate team.



  • Requires at least 2 years of experience and prior experience in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Management experience from a large Sports or Entertainment venue strongly preferred.
  • Candidate must be willing to work event based hours which includes nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree is an asset.
  • Food service management experience is required, in a high-volume Multi-Service management environment.
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced, diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential.
  • P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
  • Candidate must be willing to be hands on with staff and operations and be willing to work event-based hours that include evenings and weekends.
