Your role will be part of global Digital Enterprise Platforms & Security (EP&S) team. This team integrates and oversees Pfizer's global infrastructure; cloud services; information technology operations; cybersecurity, workforce platforms, standards, policies and Digital risk management.

**Role Summary**

The role will use Agile methods to manage how demand into EP&S is prioritized, funded, approved, and governed. The role will involve creating and managing the EP&S backlog and using Agile techniques to manage governance of demand. The role will use defined processesto manage decisions relating to portfolio resources, performance, and risks, along with communicating portfolio health to stakeholders. A key element of the role includes partnering with EP&S teams to communicate the model, along with coaching and empowering the team in delivery of the backlog in a Scrum or Kanban model.

**Role Responsibilities**

+ Work with the Portfolio Governance Lead and other key stakeholders to manage the EP&S Portfolio using Agile processes and techniques.

+ Lead prioritization and planning of EP&S work and resource allocation by managing demand within the EP&S Portfolio

+ Act as Scrum Master for the EP&S Portfolio Governance processes, running standard scrum ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, demos, retros, daily stand-ups, etc.

+ Ensure all EP&S Demand comes from defined sources and flows into the Governance process to be addressed accordingly. Provide guidance and support on the process whererequired

+ Work with Digital partners and stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines, and to removeimpediments/roadblocksas they arise to ensure demand flows seamlessly through the governance process

+ Set up and use Jira and other tools to manage and groom the shared backlog to ensure optimized EP&S resource/time/workallocation

+ Plan scrum implementations effectively, ensuring that goals, timing, and resourcing, are understood bystakeholders

+ Support EP&S process stakeholders in adopting Agile values, practices, and processes to ensure that the Portfolio Governance process is fully functional, productive, and focused on sprintsgoals

+ Develop and use metrics and reports to bring insights to the team on the Portfolio Governance process and portfoliohealth

+ Identify and implement continuous improvements to the Portfolio Governance process

+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships, influence outcomes, and deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or relevant disciplines

+ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar technical project management discipline

+ Have demonstrated ability and experience in Portfolio Governance/Project Management in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment with demonstrated capabilities managing large scale, enterprise portfolios/projects in global 24-by-7environments

+ Proven capability leading projects in an Agile/DevOps environment with a strong understanding of and experience with Agile practices, processes, and artefacts

+ Scrum Master certification or other relevant qualificationpreferred

+ Experience of delivering solutions using Kanban, Lean, Continuous Delivery, etc.
