Platform Case Management Lead

SalesConnect is Ciscos premier sales enablement automation platform that brings together business analytics, content management and customer insights to help accelerate deal closure. We host and manage over 30,000 sales collateral, training and customer insight assets making them available to both our internal and external sales teams with quarterly activity in the millions.

What Youll Do

In this multi-functional operations role, you will collaborate with Business and IT Stakeholders to support the SalesConnect platform. In addition, you will:

Provide Content Management support to internal business stakeholders.

Facilitate the successful resolution of incidents with our IT teams.

Train our stakeholders on Content Management tools as well as on our policies and best practices.

Provide support for content governance, QA reporting, and auditing activities.

Collect, interpret and cluster relevant information in order to create relevant business requirements and / or processes improvements.

Represent our stakeholders in UAT/BAT acceptance testing for all releases.

Coordinate projects to optimize operational processes and drive improvements focused on operational excellence.

Possess strong communication skills, influencing and relationship skills.

Required Experience and Skills:

Possess Change and Incident Management skills.

Experience with Content Management Systems is ideal.

Experience in content management, content development, and web development is ideal

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Tech savvy with general IT Skills (including MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
