Summary of Functions:

Coordinate and ensure timely blood draws, testing, and results reporting for Clozapine treatment, and oversee and resolve related problem issues.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate clozapine therapy and phlebotomy services for new clients
""
• Follow-up on blood test results for independent clients
""
• Ensure that abnormal blood test results are reported promptly
""
• Take calls from clients and work to resolve problem issues
""
• Enter and fill prescriptions
""
• Coordinate medication deliveries
"

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

""
• High school degree or equivalent
""
• Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Minnesota
""
• PTCB certification strongly preferred
""
• Excellent customer service skills
""
• Strong attention to detail
""
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
""
• Strong organizational skills
""
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
""
• General knowledge of computers applications and telephone protocol
""
• A current drivers license and acceptable driving record
""
• Proficiency in understanding prescription medication directions and terminology
