As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative supporting the Select Outreach Team, your role will be to support patients in finding more affordable ways to receive their medications. You will be focused on contacting patients and/or their providers' in order to discuss more affordable medication alternatives.

 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patients are supported by following escalation through to finish.

  • Ensure communication between operations and sales is completed.

  • Works as a liaison with operations partners letting them know of any patient or practice issues/concerns.

  • Identifies and notifies our sales person when it may be necessary to reach out to a patient who is not responding.

  • Advise and supports the patient with their medication and financial assistance needs

  • Enters notes into appropriate pharmacy system or other systems to document interactions.

  • Is able to respond professionally and appropriately handle difficult situations and ensure the patient experience is exceptional.

  • Able to work flexible hours between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
