Auto req ID: 237397BR Job Description This role or position can be based in either Purchase, Plano or Chicago locations. The PGT Organizational Design Specialist will lead and meticulously define design implications to the business based upon changes derived from the PepsiCo Global Template. The purpose will be to clarify and define adjustments to team structures, job responsibilities, sizing needs and help allocate personnel resources in the right places to improve efficiency and increase productivity based upon PGT. Accountabilities: Link PGT deployment rollout design and overall PGT Program priorities with PepsiCo strategic direction and productivity assessments identified for each deployment (Responsible) Drive accountability of the PGT organizational design with clear performance measures (Responsible) Support PGT deployment teams in developing effective organizational designs to unlock PepsiCo value (Responsible) Develop a clear PGT organizational design approach, supported by easy-to-follow templates and playbook (Accountable) Determine value realization metrics associated with org design and also next iteration of org design evaluation post 1 year go-live Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in organization design SAP Implementation experience is a plus Excellent Presentation Skills Excellent problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and business data skills A proven track record of effectively engaging multiple stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior HR data management/analytics experience Experience of managing process change Differentiating Competencies Required: Flexibility and strong ability to deal with ambiguity Anticipates and perceives the impact and implications of future decisions and activities on other parts of the organization.
