PGIM Global Partners (PGP) is a business unit within PGIM that operates investment management businesses (some through joint ventures) in Italy, China, Taiwan and India.  These businesses serve the needs of local retail and institutional investors in each respective market and collectively have nearly $100 billion in assets under management.  PGP supports each business to meet established objectives, enhance local capabilities, mitigate risks and drive growth and profitability.

Who we are looking for:

We are in search of a creative, ambitious, intellectually curious business analyst with strong consulting and relationship building skills and a high cultural competence. 

Our ideal candidate will help drive international technology transformations, oversee project management efforts, guide the in-country adoption of corporate programs and engage and influence key stakeholders. 

What you will do:

  • Support local leadership in an advisory role related to infrastructure and applications upgrades as well as significant local business initiatives
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project plans and budgets
  • Organize and lead project status and working meetings in partnership with local business project owners
  • Oversee local project management life cycle activities for significant projects; partnering with local project management leaders to ensure project objectives are met in a timely, cost effective and controlled manner
  • Partner with PGIM and PGP Risk Officers and IT leaders to identify emerging technology risks and prioritize risk assessment needs
  • Track IT incidents and evaluate after action reviews to ensure control gaps are addressed
  • Identify best practices internally and externally and support their socialization and local adoption as appropriate
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and introduce innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and present updates to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the understanding and implementation of corporate policies (privacy, vendor governance, business continuation, records management, information security) across the PGP businesses
  • Liaison between Corporate policy owners and local business owners
  • Assist in the development of training content designed to enhance awareness and understanding of Corporate policies


What you will need:

  • Experience working with and managing expectations from multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable engaging with and influencing others

  • Experience managing complex business and/or technology projects
  • Experience in information technology, IT Audit and/or IT Consulting a plus
  • Working knowledge of best practices in application development, IT operations, information security, disaster recovery, and cloud computing
  • Working understanding of investment management concepts; and mutual funds a plus
  • Keen ability to be flexible and adapt to changing conditions
  • Ability to utilize business knowledge and analytics to generate new and valuable ideas
  • Translate strategies into action and mobilize resources to achieve intended results
  • Exceptional consultative and communication skills, with an ability to influence at various levels within the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to decompose complex business issues and develop potential courses of action
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) required
  • Standard Chinese/Mandarin language skills a plus
