Your technical and business skills will help you represent a major Pfizer client or business area in all information technology activities. Your leadership skills will help provide a strategic or tactical direction and help plan the resolutions to information technology issues. You will participate in management and development of technology products and service standards which impact the client or business area.



The Pfizer Digital Client Partner will be accountable for partnering with Commercial colleagues and other stakeholders on all digital matters, such as strategy / Patient and HCP facing solutions data, analytics, insights, enterprise systems, customer experience, etc. The individual will operate as the liaison between the **Vx Bu (PENTA, PCV20 peds, cDIFF, Strategy / Customer facing sales enablement groups) and Pfizer Digital** . Potential support on COVID related projects as well. The colleague in this role will require a broad understanding the business, the strategic direction and related business needs which will further assist them in identifying and delivering new digital capabilities. He/She will be engaging global franchise leads and Senior Vx leaders to not only enable day to day digital needs but to help drive differentiation and overall impact and outcomes



Your leadership skills and innovative ideas with drive the growth of the Information & Business technology team at Pfizer. As an advisor and an expert, you will be able to build and leverage constructive relationships across the organization to achieve your division's goals and objectives. You will be entrusted with developing Pfizer's / Digital strategies for a portfolio of products and projects.



Through your expertise and extensive knowledge, you will be able to foster a culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for patients and healthcare.



**How You Will Achieve It**



+ Point of contact for all digital matters.

+ Be a trusted digital consultant to business.

+ Advise on all aspects of digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities and internal Pfizer Digital capabilities.

+ Help shape all digital requests to ensure high value and strategic alignment.

+ Partner with the stakeholders (Regional President, Franchise global Leads) to manage successful execution of the digital strategy including solution adoption, scaling and business case achievement

+ Be proactive thought leaders partnering to drive the innovative use of digital to create value for our patients, all customers and the business. Develop innovative or original ideas and leads/co-leads divisional projects. Define clear business requirements and be Single point of contact for business team on large programs.

+ Maintain Short term / LT digital strategy and portfolio for particular area / franchise, Participate in annual Op planning and tactical planning cycle with the brands.



**Qualifications**

**Must-Have**



+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 10+ years ' experience

+ Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders as well as delivering cutting-edge technical solutions

+ Experience should include implementation of enterprise-based systems, covering the full system lifecycle

+ Agile and Lean Development knowledge, training or experience

+ Knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic actions

+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and management skills with high professional standards for work quality

+ Strong and collaborative service provider and business partner orientation with

+ Proactive engagement & good program management orientation.

+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.



**Nice-to-Have**



+ Master's degree

+ Technology / Business consultancy experience with top management consulting firm

+ Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience

+ Analytics / Reporting

+ Design Thinking

+ Story telling and Power point.
